I grew up surrounded by traditional dishes that shaped my love for noodles.

After living in London for many years, I realised how every culture has its own iconic noodle dish – Japan with ramen, Vietnam with pho, and Thailand with pad Thai. However, Myanmar’s unique noodle dishes have remained a hidden gem,

These dishes are prepared using family recipes, with the same love and care as if I were cooking for my own family. Having managed restaurants in London, opening my own has always been a dream.
